2005 Renault Kangoo electric handbreak

I have a 2005 laguna with a electric handbrake. when you come to a stop the handbrake comes on which is a pain at roundabouts. and when you start the car sometimes the brake keep coming on so you have to stop and turn the ignition off remove keycard. start car again and it works ok till the next time you start the car. any help would be great.

So many problems with electric h/ brake on Renaults you probably will have to get it scanned , reprogrammed especially if parts replaced which needs specialist diagnostic equipment .On some a new module if needed cost £400 but that was a few years back , may have dropped in price .
