I was having problem with my electric pump and chage it to manual pump. I have problem with starting.

If I understand you right you've removed the diesel supply pump?
well that wont work.
In the normal system the tank pump runs for around 10 seconds to prime the system.
that's before the engine even turns over.
You need the tank pump
