hi i have renault kangoo authenteque 1.2 fully adapted disabled vehicle.when i travel about 10 miles engine gets very warm and loses power engine runs funny takes ages to get home any ideas anyone thanks

First thing to check would be coolant level .If o.k check that coolant fan is cutting in when engine hot .
