2007 Renault Kangoo service lights

Had the van serviced but the garage cant reset the service light or the flashing spanner, had the same problem last year but they disconnected the battery and it reset but its not having it this time.

Dont know if this applies to your year / model .
Resetting service indicator Renault kangoo
When you turn on the ignition the service indicator lights up,....OK SO press the reset button in the instrument until the resets. This takes around 15 secs so be patient!
