Glow plug light coming on whilst driving

Hi all when i start the van if i leave it running for a couple of mins the glow plug light stays on then goes off when i drive off it also keeps coming on whist driving (five times today) with the engine management light and the stop light then they all go off after a couple of seconds

Hi yes mite do that, im thinking it could need new glow plugs or a service as its been nearly a year and 20000 since last service

Service wont go wrong at that mileage since last done .
