Cooling system problem

it started over heating 2 weeks ago after i put radweld in as it seemed radiator was wa leeking!! bubbling and air locks after which my brother sorted out after putting a new thermastat on it...been running ok heater hot and that temp gauge not 2 high half and under.notice wen i started this morning a little ruff at 1st start but drove ok .went to my friends mile away and stood for 15 mins.but a little smoke blew out for amin ..went to supermarket and some water came out ..but it likes minium water in the bottle at moment ...could this be the headgasket on its way out....just notice a little creme in the oil cap....

Every possibility head gasket gone, a block test will confirm or not.

rad weld not always good unless you follow instructions on bottle can cause blockage in engine coolant passages causing localised overheating then cyl head gasket can fail sounds like this is what has happened to your car
