1998 Renault Espace little or no warm air through air vents

Car: Renault Espace
Year: 1998
Variant: 2.2dt

Start to get warm air through the air vents after two or three miles but it doesn't get any warmer.After five miles I'm on the motorway and as the speed rises the air through the vents gets cooler. The engine temp stays on four bars as normal.
If anyone has an answer to this problem please let me know as I'm fed up with being cold.

Could check thermostat is not stuck open , bleeding cooling system .Also feel how hot hoses going to heater matrix are .
