How to remove front wheel drive shaft

front wheel drive shaft lacks grease. needs servising

If it's been run dry then it's most likely shot.
But you could try removing thee securing clip round the outer CV boot and peeling it back along the driveshaft then forcing grease into the CV joint.
Then when pulling the boot back fill the void in the boot then securing same with a new clip.
Very messy job but might work.
