Rather than guess , get it scanned for fault codes

Hi you could try new plugs but as suggested best to get it scanned.

If we are going to start guessing ^ ignition pencil coil packs are a common failure . breaking down under load .

I have not bought a fault code reader and it return the code P0301 (active) and 2 pending (P0300 / P0301) and I have changed the ignition coil on cyl.1 and the problem is still there. The spark plugs are new, should I still try and change them anyways? Anything else I can do??

P0300 = Random misfire in one or more cyl.
P0301 = Misfire in cyl.1

You " changed " the coil , was it a new one fitted ?
Answered Feb 25, 2016 (8 years ago)
Check plug for fouling or cracking on porcelain , check wiring to coil and injector .If not a new coil fitted swap it over with an other coil and see if cyl fault code changes .If still not right , check compression on that cyl .

The coil was new when fitted, I will buy new spark plugs after work today and change to see if it works better, I am starting to think it might have soemthing to do with the fuel injector. But I am no expert, thats why I am here posting :) Also befor changing the ignition coil I had the car started and removed the contact on each coil one by one and for every coil i did this the engine was stuttering more so I do not think it have something to do with the coils, also the sparks are new but might already be wasted if the injector is faulty, thats why I was thinking it might be the injectors?? Any thoughts? Am I way out with the thinks I do or does it seem logic to anyone?
