2000 Renault Espace rough running

starting fine no backfireing,seems to chugg a bit,was told should have 2red top coils 2grey top coils.i have 3 grey 1 red.should i get a crypton tune to diagnose any sensor faults etc. if someone has any other ideas what to look for it would help me bundles many thanks kev
