my espace is constant idling between 1500 and 2000 revs, i have changed idle valve, map sensor, temp switch and lamda sensor any other ideas would be very grateful cheers

Clean throttle body ?

you seem to have changed most things so as above clean throttle boby but also check throttle cabel is not sticking and is adjusted ok

Other idea is check for air leak,s hoses off or deteriorated,check for fault codes .
