2002 Renault Espace no power wont rev above 3000 rpm

hi all i have a 2.2 espace diesel turbo.
i have no revs above 3000 rpm
firstly i got it plugged into diagnostics (no faults found) so the mechanic had changed the airflow metre.
problem still there then he changed the egr valve
fault still there.
then changed the boost valve on the turbo.
still fault there so we are lost now!!

I`m not too hot on diesels, but i`m thinking fuel or fuel pressure related problem.
Hopefully someone more experienced will offer further help.

got a bloke to plug it in and came up P0032 HO2S Heater Control Circuit High he said it could be O2 sensor does this sound right would it make it do this as a new one is £181

If i`m honest, I don`t know whether that would solve the problem. It`s a lot to pay out if your not sure.
You may do better taking it to a diesel engine specialist. One that knows the ins and outs of these systems. Not sure which is on yours--usually either Bosch or Lucas ( I think !!)

check for any split pipes also check for blockage in exhaust system had this problem on a zafira petrol cat was blocked
