fittend a new head starts fine but still smoke and smells
taken it for 10 mile run and it cleared somwhat had a seconhand turbo to as last one dumped oil into exhaust and intercooler aall cleaned out i think most anyway could this still be burning from the cat or could it be rings or just a bloked breather to map /pressure sensor ?????

What colour of smoke ?

Probably take a while to clear the exhaust

Have to agree with above post. I think you will need to give it a good run. A lot further than 10 miles.
That`s assuming its running ok and not sluggish.
