2003 Renault Espace wont start

Hi anyone able to help me my espace has suddenly decided to stop working theres no kick off the battery even when jumped also the dash has gone black aswell is this just because i need a new battery or is it a bigger problem. The spark plugs have just been changed aswell and i really dont know what else it can be.

hiyaa get battery tested to see if its got power if not get a new one cuz the battery might be to low on volts all something
