Renault Clio Horn Problems

Hi , I want to change the pathetic squeeky horn on my clio 3 but cannot find where it is located. They have really buried it somewhere. Any suggestions?

my horn doesnt work and my hazards dont work. but my indicators work fine

Hazards and the horn dont work aat all

intermittent elec windows dont work also at same time hazards go off also wipers & horn fail while this happens there is a clicking noise wich i think is coming from the fuse box

Have replaced the key card battery but had to use the emergency key. Since then the central locking is not working or the main locking button inside.

Screen blank radio unpowered. CD ejects ok and inserts ok.
