intermittent elec windows dont work also at same time hazards go off also wipers & horn fail while this happens there is a clicking noise wich i think is coming from the fuse box

Sounds like a sticking relay which is clicking away .

how do you fix relays that are sticking also is there just the 1 regards

You could find what relay is clicking and remove / refit .Sometimes works but usually needs replacing .Normally more than one .

take out relay one at a time to when your function not working then you need to replace that relay with a new one

suspect broken / dry joint in the multi-function control unit... cause all sorts of problems. i've had 7 different clios do this and found moisture inside all 7 modules... bit of solder and time and all sorted... worth a look!!!
