Light came on saying injector fault garage plugged into diagnostic machine which showed up multiple sensor faults garage told me to go to Renault they can't fit me in for 3 weeks

Main multi screen was blank when I turned the car on so had no sat radio or car info all day but later in the day it all turned on again back to normal?
