2022 Renault Captur air bag warning light remains on and stop start function does not work.

After 1st dealership service the air bag warning light remained on.
7 weeks after reporting fault, managed to get in for diagnostics check.
After 4 hours they suggested loose connection. Fixed ?. Drove home ok. 2 days later came to use it again, same problem
Returned to dealership at earliest available appointment, 7 days later.
Dropped of at 8.00 am. Returned to garage 6 hours later, they had not
touched it!. Had to take it away to pick up grandchildren from school.
Still awaiting another appointment. Nice car, slight problem, poor
service back up.

Common fault with stop / start not functioning is due to a low car battery .USUALLY if airbag light on there should be a stored fault code . You really are better not touching it whilst under warranty as it can give them a chance to blame you interfering if you do . A common fault on a lot of cars was often the connections , wiring ,plugs under the drivers seat , especially if two drivers and seat was frequently adjusted
