Rattle on start up

when i start the car from cold the engine rattles for half a second then runs smooth.Is there something wrong with the car

Quite common on that car until oil gets up and circulates . Could change oil and filter , especially if not been done for a while .Might help , but as stated , common complaint .Remember some Rolls Royces used to rattle their brains in on start up until oil reached hydraulic tappets , tensioners etc .
