2004 Peugeot Partner rear seat stuck infolded position

I folded my rear seat down and now it is stuck, I believe it is because of the seat belt. Can anyone advise me on how to unstick it?

undo the seat belt mount from the floor

sounds like the seatbelt has retracted too far,if you can get to seatbelt mounting bolt then undo it to release the tension on belt
