Get a flow back of fuel when filling up

When filling up with diesel the pump stops but fuel gushes out filler inlet

You tank cant be venting properly either due to fault in the filler neck , a valve or emissions circuit . Temp fix would be to try filling with the gun a little out / to the side to try and let air back pressure release as you fill .
