Battery constantly goes flat

My parents have a Partner Tipi which is kept in the garage and not used very much however no matter how many times the local garage come out to look at it the battery keeps going flat. The van has just had an MOT and the local garage can’t seem to identify any specific problem.
My parents are quite elderly and it is very inconvenient for them. Any advice on next steps or ideas would be very welcome.

With the car not being used very often and probably for short journeys , the battery will drain . You could buy a trickle charger to maintain the battery when not being used . Here are some examples ,
