We checked the battery its grand we checked the altenator it's grand I don't know what to do after

If your battery is showing 12v it's knackered , likewise if alternator is charging at 12 v unless there is a wiring fault

Like if I plug out the Connection for the altenator it goes straight to 14 v if its plugged in its 12v
