Reversing sensor

on the dash board I have a screen, when I put the van in to reverse the car symbol doesn't come and no sensor connection showing, just stopped working, when working normal a car symbol comes on, the closer I get to something behind me, I should get a warning and a sound, at the moment there is nothing

I'd get a "Global" scan done,
it may just be a faulty rear sensor.

That year , is it not still under warranty ? See if reverse kights are still working .

Have you turned them off by mistake?..If not probably need a software update to telematics unit

thanks for the reply to everyone, problem fixed, it was only switched off in error, not had the van long, I didn't know there was a on/off switch until I notice a little light on at the righthand side of the steering wheel, easy fix
