Trying to remove bsi from beneath dash

have got access and can get the bottom loose but it wont slide down what am I missing?

Last one I did there was two plastic cam locks,
left and right side,
Rotate them to pint up and it comes loose.

I think he has done that...push the base out from the cage and pull it down then forwards abit as there are two pivots attached to the bsi that sit in a location in the cage
