Possible a blocked dpf unit. Do you drive short journeys .modern diesel's are not suited to this sort of driving .

Get it scanned with Peugeot Planet diagnostics,
this can read the percentage of clogging and see if it can be regenerated.

Could try old faithful , a 20/45 min drive down the motorway keeping revs slightly higher than normal driving to try and clear .
