2006 Peugeot Partner yellow light with star and black cloud

hi men came off motorway today as i do every day the yellow light came on dash it looks like a star with a black cloud a round it .i pulled in gararge pulled hub to find a noisey ticking noise like a loud taxi it sounds really ruff and slugish any help please i got work monday and no van cheers.

Dont know what it means but first thing to check would be oil and coolant levels .
