2002 Peugeot Partner heater is not working or the fan does not work when you turn it on

Hi,guys I'm new to this site my heater doesn't work and the blower isn't working I have checked all the fuses but all good but put heater on in the van and no fan don't even seems to have no heat. Thanks all for your help in advance

Check you have power at motor , if so , motor knacked .
