2004 Peugeot Partner brake light and hand brake light on dash comes on .

when driving my brake and hand brakelight comes on and bleeps at me aii the time. when i turn my indicator stops bleeping.

Could check brake fluid level , if down , pads may be low .

may also have a leaking rear wheel cylinder.
