MY 03 PARTNER WONT START. ITS 2.0 HDI ENGINE. WITH A TOW IT STARTS OK BUT WITH THE KEY IT JUST TURNS AND TURNS, TRIES TI FIRE BUT NO JOY. CHANGED HEATER/GLOW PLUGS. NO IMPROVEMENT. IT SEEMS HARDER TO START WHEN ITS WARM. ANY IDEAS?? IM AT MY WITS END
