2010 Peugeot 308 noise from speaker while radio is off

Hi,
I have a problem that some noise comes from the front speaker (steering side) even while the radio is off.
It looks a bit like noise that power supplies can make. Is there any way to fix this, it's very annoying.

Car of that year should be under warranty , take it into dealers for fixing .
