Peugeot 308 can i change drivers door myself?

hi all, ive recently had my car broken into, never actually got in it bit totally damaged drivers door and lock,etc trying.i can get a secondhand door as replacement instead of going through insurance.but some said that car will need re programming again if i swop doors over....is this true?will swopping doors over interfere woth electrical side of things.many thanks in advance for genuine responces.

not actually sure on this one but im sure you dont need to have the car reprogrammed but could be worth checking at the dealers just to be sure but a esy fix to swap the doors

easiest way to make sure all works correctly is to swap door harness and module over when you replace the doors.the only thing that will require initialising will be the window.
