2007 Peugeot 308 key fob

When the key fob is open with the key out, it does not fully lock in place, with any light pressure it will fold in, is there any way to adjust this?

if it is just the casing around the fob and the inside is ok, you mite be best goin on ebay and buying like a facia for it, like then just put the inside of your fob into the new caing
