My car keeps blowing the 30 amp fuse that is for ignition i think car just loses power and stops dead, it has done this 4 times in 2 quite dangerous places, no warning just loss of power steering , no power at all, no click on ignition, but lights horn radio and all other electrics work RAC has replaced 30 amp mf7 fuse 4 times any known faults that cause this please

Hi, I had a similar issue with my Ford, I could be travelling at like 50MPH and all of a sudden the car would stop dead as if it had stalled, steering would lock up etc. It turned out that it was the EGR valve that was faulty and some loose wiring to the valve, it might be worth getting this checked out? Hope that it helps
