2015 Peugeot 308 rear unstable

The car drives great until you hit uneven roads where the back seems to step out. Sometimes have to make quick adjustments to the steering wheel to correct it. Feels unstable. Any help ?

You need to check out rear shocks , springs and all suspension bushes for wear , check for any excessive movement / play at wheels
