Peugeot 308 noise increases with speed from engine bay
Variant: 1.6hdi
Model Year: 2011
Have a noise coming from the engine bay like a shallow grinding like a wheel bearing going but both have been replaced and well as the carrier bearing. Can be felt through the steering wheel.

If it's coming from engine bay , does it do it when car stationary ?

Nope only when driving and it speed matches so am thinking gearbox next maybe was hoping it would be anything else but that going to drop the oil tomorrow see if it sliver. But it definitely sounds more like a rumbling bearing than gearbox going noise.
