I know it's a bit late,
I had the same problem. Blank screen, miles changed to kilometers, no radio or cd player, no satnav.
A guy on ebay told me it was the radio head unit.
he is on ebay (DRIVINGMEPOTTY)
Message him on ebay with the problems, and he will contact you for a more detailed assessment.
£220 for the repair and I received it the day after payment. 100% positive on ebay.i hope this helps other people with the same problem.
The guy is uk based in WIGAN.

You need to search on ebay for 308 head unit repairs.

Drivingmepotty seems to be the only one on ebay that repairs 308 head units.
He also repairs the sat nav screens.
When you click on the image you will see
