2013 Peugeot 308 engine does not run upto temperature when idling

When driving temperature stay between 80 and 90.As soon as I park and leave engine idling it falls below 70.

Ok thank you.Have booked it into the garage. for next week.They seem to think it is the heater matrix or water pump or blockage but not the thermostat.
