Hi I have recently taken my car to the garage, where they diagnosed that the DPF filter was 100% clogged and that the Eolys Pump was not functioning. Having just paid quite a large sum of money in the last 2 weeks to have these replaced, I was a little disappointed to have an engine management fault appear on the dash again. There seems to be a little confusion as to what the error codes mean i.e they are not specific enough to detemine the exact fault. The fault clears intermittently, but on a longer run when the engine gets hot, the fault comes back and there seems to be a slight loss of power. When the car cools down, it clears again.

Could it be a sensor issue or more likely a problem with the turbo?

Any ideas/suggestions please would be welcome?

After spending that money on getting it fixed and on them diagnosing the cause , I would think they are duty bound to rectify it . If they are having confusion on error codes THEY should seek clarification .

Does anyone have any suggestions?

The fault clears intermittently, which makes it difficult to describe to the garage. Could it be the turbo solenoid or the oil temperaure sensor?
