Roof opens but stops just b4 it tucks away in boot

Roof begins to open boot opens but just as roof starts to rise it stops saying roof mechanism faulty

If you have any faults with the windows operating that cab cause problems , but there are micro switches that can fail and many other causes that can only be found by scanning for faults . A low car battery can cause problems also .
