2014 Peugeot 308 dashboard display light issue

Car: Peugeot 308
Year: 2014
Variant: 1.6 HDi Allure
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
To the left of the dashboard there’s a button to turn the brightness of the display up and down.
Mine’s stopped working. It’s a pain to drive at night now because it’s far too bright.

Does anyone know how difficult it is to get to the switch and if it’s a common issue?

Never done one I'm afraid . Dont know if this applies to your car and may be needed to access switch which you could try spraying with electrical cleaner. Sometimes works .
