No sound from radio/satnav/phone

I have lost all sound from the infotainment system. There is no sound from radio, sat nav, and the phone modules. Visual screens work as designed. Can anyone assist, please?

I would go to main dealer to have update carried out .fi this doesn't fix it a new unit may be required
