2008 Peugeot 308 radiator fan running non-stop

What i have tried:unplugged the coolant sensor supply plug,fan still running
:Cleaned the expansion tank level sensor but error persists for water level too low
:Checked radiator relay,seems to check out no carbon or stuck contacts it is still new.
:Depollution error msg still showing.
Please help

Having a quick look at the wiring diagram leads me to suspect the two speed fan electrical control unit or wiring on same.

Water level sensor faulty ? If it's a diesel the fans will keep running when it's regenerating .

Theres two sensors:one on expansion tank(white plastic tank where water is poured for cooling system by radiator),the other sensor is the thermistor between car battery and engine which tells us abt temperature of water on engine...
-The expansion tank sensor shows water level problem of which water is full
-the thermistor shows water temp ok on car display on dashboard but error on scan says its faulty,that where my problem is.

Post the RPO number of the white sticker,

remove the connector to the thermistor and check to see if it is wet..if it is chances are you will have coolant at the engine management ECU

the fans will come on on peugeot cars when there is any fault recorded in the pcm its a safety thing .have the car pluged in to a diagnostic tool.
