2012 Peugeot 308 radiator heated up

I have serious problem of radiator heated up. Earlier I have air cond problem, technician ask to change the compressor , after that my radiator heated up very fast , almost each ride I have to check the water level.
Could it be the fan issue.
Peogeot has so much problem, cant go to normal workshop as they are not familiar with the car. if go to Peogeot workshop, I can use the money to put downpayment for my new car.

Whether they're familiar with the car or not they "should" have Peugeot Planet diagnostics and be able to perform a global scan which is the first step.

Is the car actually using water ? Did you go to Peugeot dealership garage or independent garage who did not have the proper equipment to scan car ?Was the air con fixed and by Peugeot dealership ?

i am thinking faulty fan resister.
