Loss of power when accelerating

I experienced loss of power and a slight judder going from 40- 50mph....this stopped a few weeks ago but today it started again when I tried to get to 70mph...car was serviced last week and I do about 500 miles a week....the judder persists for about 10-15 minutes then stops and the car I'd fine for the rest of the day...no warning lights on....

Was the fuel filter changed when serviced ?
