Cigarette lighter & rear 12v power supply

there is no 12v supply to either of them. the only fuse mentioned in the handbook is f9 which is good haynes manual does not even show them in the circuit diagrams..can anyone help.

My Peugeot wiring manual states the cig lighter is powered by engine bay fuse PSF1,
But the ultimate control is the BSI.
If the PSF1 fuse is ok get the BSI scanned.

not sure which fuse it is in the PSF1 but its normally a 20amp fuse.PSF1 is the underbonnet fuse box.
