2012 Peugeot 308 broken electric windows

Front passenger side electric window has stopped working since a very frosty morning and doors were frozen shut. Is this a fuse? How/ Can I repair this myself?

Would think the fuse would cover both front windows . If it doesn't work with any switch may have to pull door trim off and check for power going to motor or possibly broken wiring where it passes through into door .
