Lights are switched off but are still on???

Can anyone help me with this problem? When my lights are switched off on the light stalk the lights are still on and they are even brighter than the side lights. I have looked in the manual but can't find anything.

Could be a faulty COM2000 unit or possibly a software update required .

do they eventually go off? It could be you have follow you home lights active. Do they go off if you turn the switch slowly.
