Problem with noise in Engine area When Engine is idling The Fan Belt pulley Tensioner was change and I still have noise.

If car is 2011 as you stated, then it should still be under warranty. When they changed the tensioner, did they change the belt also???...

The belt was changed I think the noise is up around the top of the Engine like the fuel pump like a sucking noise.

are you sure it isnt the power steering pump low on fluid

I have a 2009 308 1.6t, the problem is it has a deep rattle coming from the engine that makes it sound like a diesel, seems to be from the air cleaner area,also another noise from the timing belt area, has anybody had the same problems, or know what the problem might be? Tom
