hi when driving my car temp runs at 90 but the nedel jumps to max for a few seconds then back to 90 new fan fitted 3 weeks ago need help please.

Could be a faulty thermo switch / sensor.

Sounds like its working o.k . The fan is cutting in and running till temp drops and then it cuts out . You could check temp rating on switch and maybe replace with one that cuts in at lower temp .
